Anticipation:Realization in Advance-Foretaste

Every trip starts this way: What do you want to happen? What's going to happen?

I'm at this state and those of you who have been around me lately know of my buzzing excitement. So, I would like to share with you my plans for my next tour of duty, my next trip back "in country", and hopefully not jinx myself.

Phase One: Buy A Scooter
-Not just any scooter but a Vespa of the PX series.

Phase Two: Work on Hotel Project
-Hopefully meet with land managers and get closer to acquiring a lease.

Phase Three: Climbing on Cat Ba Island and Ha Long Bay
-Meet up with SloPony, a guide service, that has recently within the last year
opened up on Cat Ba Island.

All this sounds tamed enough, you might think. And this is what I want to do. But remember this is Viet Nam-on anarchy, where anything and everything can happen......
